This so called child is another serial killer in the making. If he was in New Jersey he would do jail time. I’d like to have five minutes with this pervert. Definitely something wrong with him. A bad seed. I am Surprized at Texas Not prosecuting him to the fullest extent of the law!!!! I am sick over this. It’s lucky I’m not there. I am SO ENRAGED over this
This is so wrong!
That was a non-threatening little dog that was cornered and killed. :(..
He is a very disturbed young man who needs help before he kills again!
So, so sorry for the sweet dogs owner!
I wouldn’t want to be in this kid’s path when he is an adult. Blocking a psychiatric evaluation of him makes no sense. Would they treat him differently if he was setting fire to the district attorney’s office?
Lock this serial killer in the making away for life
